Sres.de Dupre . Mi reclamo es lo siguiente. En la caja de mi pedido #16 no me llego la chaqueta Iracema TM, no pude asistir el día de reclamos con la Gerente de zona ,MARIELLA HARO,que fue el 14 de este mes,y ahora ella me informa que ya nada se puede hacer y que tengo que pagar la boleta conforme está. Acudo a uds para que verifiquen si se envió o no la prenda haciendo un inventario del stock que tenían de dicha prenda de vestir . Porque no es justo que se me cierren las posibilidades de hacer llegar mi reclamo y tenga que pagar un producto que no llegó. De antemano quedaré agradecida por la atención, esperando respuesta a mi correo,gracias
