Es una queja formal que hago el 19/08/2016 Me acerque ala tienda de real plaza salaverry aproximadamente 10.30 am para comparar una zapatilla de mujer talla 36 puma lo cual costaba 139.30 soles pasaron mi tarjeta de credito visa lo cual mi endicaron que no había señal no tinian sistema al final no llegue hacer ninguna compra. Despues de mas de un mes llega mi facturacion me estan cobrando ese monto que pase ese dia el 19/08/2016 en 6 cuotas el monto de 139.30 soles a favor de triathlon me acerque el 4 de octobre ala tienda de salaverry me atendio el encargado le deje mis datos. Unos dia duespues mi llama ami celular decien q no tiene nengun monto facturado tampoco en su lote de cierre de visa no exeste tal monto sen embargo me esta facturando el banco es monto mas los intereses siendo depósitado a la cuenta de triathlon esu es un robo sistemático. Espero su pronta respuesta
